Township Closed
The Raccoon Township offices will be closed on Thursday, November 27, 2025 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. We will also be closed on Friday, November 28th. Have a great turkey day!​​

​2022-2025 FIRE HYDRANT ASSESSMENT
ATTENTION!
Delinquent 2022-2025 Fire Hydrant Assessments are due to the Raccoon Township Municipal Offices. Any Assessments that are not paid are subject the filing of a municipal claim, establishing a lien on your property. If you feel that you have any Assessments due, please call the office to get a payoff IMMEDIATELY!

SAFETY REMINDER
Please make sure you have your reflective street number out at the road side facing on-coming traffic. This number is not only your address but the number emergency services uses to find you swiftly.

DRUG COLLECTION UNIT NOW AT THE TOWNSHIP BUILDING!
You can now deposit your unused, not needed, or expired prescription drugs safely. Raccoon Township Municipal Office has a Prescription Drug drop box available during office hours.

RECYCLING WEEK
Please do not leave your full bags of recycles in front of the recycle fence during the week of the collection. The full bags are being left on the ground which is littering. Not only is it unsightly but its unsanitary. It should not the responsibilty of the township employees to clean up the mess that is left on the ground. Please wait until the weekend when the recycling gate is open to bring in your recyclables.
